FLPL STRATEGIC PLAN 2023-2025

For over 100 years the Fort Lee Public Library has had the pleasure of serving as a cornerstone of the community— helping multiple generations build memories, discover new interests, and develop life-long bonds. As our community continues to grow and change, we recognize the importance of evolving alongside it. In order to effectively continue to serve our community we knew we needed to invest countless hours researching, reflecting, and listening. The result is an ambitious new strategic plan that we are excited to share with you below. By embracing new technologies, maximizing our current resources, and fostering community engagement, the library endeavors to stay ahead of the curve, ensuring that it remains a vital hub for learning, exploration, and connection for years to come.

Your feedback gave us valuable insight into the diverse needs of our community.<br /> Survey Findings<br /> 71% of respondents agree that FLPL has a role to play in promoting equity and inclusivity.<br /> 54% of respondents report being more likely to check out materials since FLPL has been fine-free.<br /> 51% of respondents believe we should renovate our library building.<br /> 85% was the likeliness library users would recommend FLPL to someone they know.<br /> Title: Strategic Plan 2023 - 2025<br />
