Due to high demand, we cannot guarantee placement if you have been in the program for two or more years. All other students will be enrolled on a first-come, first-served basis until the program is full.


The registration fee each semester is $30.00. Students must pay before classes start. Fees are non-refundable.

(The ESL department may waive the fee for financial hardship reasons.)

There is no registration fee for Summer classes.

Students can take one class each semester. If more tutors become available, we may offer additional classes.

Students are placed into classes based on skill and the availability listed on their registration form. All new students must register for a placement interview in order to be placed in a class. (Fall/Spring semesters only)

Classes are held Monday- Friday (Saturday depends on tutor availability). We offer morning (9:45 am), afternoon (12:15 pm) and evening (6:45 pm) classes. Classes consist of 4-8 students. 

Beginner- Intermediate students are placed into Instructional classes that run for 1 hour 30 min.

High Intermediate- Advanced students are placed into Conversation classes that run for 1 hour.

Class materials such as textbooks and worksheets will be provided either before or after the first day of class.


Due to high demand, we cannot accommodate requests for specific classes or tutors.


Most classes will take place in person. Zoom classes can be held depending on student interest and tutor availability.
