This book is about a game that happens once a year. It is a sort of magic game on a special island and two sisters end up getting tickets to it and they’ve wanted to go for a long time. Older sister Scarlett discovers that her younger sister Tella was kidnapped as a part of the game and she is the prize when you win. This book is good at keeping you on your toes because the whole time about the game is you never know what is real and what is fake. It has so many good plot twists and it in general keeps you on edge. The overall theme of this book is sisterly love because of Scarlette who wills to do whatever it takes to get her sister back.
